# What is MooPay

Learn what MooPay does and who it is for.

MooPay is a chat where you tell an agent who to pay, and it sends the money. You can pay people on Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum and NEAR. You do not need to know which chain they use or how to swap coins.

You type something like "Send $20 to this wallet". The agent finds a route, sends it, and tells you when it lands.

## What you can do

:::cards

:::

## Who it is for

- People who pay others on different chains and do not want to juggle apps.
- Teams that split money between wallets.
- Developers who want their own AI agent to pay with limits. See the [Developers tab](/docs/developers/overview/introduction).

## Two ways to pay

| | Agent wallet | Your own wallet |
| :- | :- | :- |
| How it works | You put money in a small wallet that the agent spends from. | You sign each payment in a wallet you already have. |
| Speed | The agent pays right away, inside your rules. | You approve each payment in a pop-up. |
| Best for | Frequent, small payments. | One-off payments, or when you want full control. |

The agent wallet is optional. If it is empty, the agent simply asks you to sign in your own wallet.

:::note
MooPay is new and has not been audited. Read [Safety and trust](/docs/guides/resources/safety-and-trust) before you put in more than you can afford to lose.
