# Troubleshooting

Fix the most common problems.

## The wallet pop-up did not open

Browsers only allow pop-ups from a click. Press the **Sign transaction** button in the window.

## My payment says waiting for fee

The agent wallet needs a little NEAR. Add about $1 of NEAR, or wait for the small advance to be used.

## My deposit shows incomplete

Deposits that are higher or lower than planned still count. Give it a minute, then say `Show my account`.

## I cannot get into my account

Use `/restore` with your recovery code. See [Recovery code](/docs/guides/your-account/recovery-code).

## The AI is busy

Try again in a few seconds. There are daily limits on AI messages.

## The payment was blocked

Check [Rules and limits](/docs/guides/your-account/rules-and-limits). It may be over your daily cap or on a blocked chain.

Email [support@moopay.cash](mailto:support@moopay.cash). Tell us what you tried and the payment id if you have one. Never send your recovery code or wallet key.
