Fix the most common problems.

The wallet pop-up did not open

Browsers only allow pop-ups from a click. Press the Sign transaction button in the window.

The agent wallet needs a little NEAR. Add about $1 of NEAR, or wait for the small advance to be used.

Deposits that are higher or lower than planned still count. Give it a minute, then say Show my account.

Use /restore with your recovery code. See Recovery code.

Try again in a few seconds. There are daily limits on AI messages.

Check Rules and limits. It may be over your daily cap or on a blocked chain.

Email support@moopay.cash. Tell us what you tried and the payment id if you have one. Never send your recovery code or wallet key.
